We want to inform you about an urgent upgrade for all Cornerstone CDC clients, which must be completed by October 25, 2024. This process will be seamless, with no downtime for your Cornerstone server or Cubex system.

To ensure the upgrade proceeds smoothly, we kindly request the following information:
1. Cornerstone Server Access: Please provide your TeamViewer credentials: *SHOULD ALREADY BE DOWNLOADED on server
a. Session ID
b. Password

If server access is not possible, please get in touch with us or provide contact information for your IT department.

Important: If we do not receive this information by October 31, 2024, your integrations-including billing, patient records, and profiles-will not communicate with myCubex until the update is completed.
